Provost & Rovero, Inc. provided design build services in conjunction with Engineered Construction International, Inc. for the new Gates Buick GMC dealership on Route 66 in Windham, Connecticut.  Specific design services included structural engineering, architectural engineering and MEP engineering.  Value engineering of the existing civil design resulted in minimal earthwork to accommodate the new dealership building.
