Provost & Rovero, Inc. provided complete design-build services in conjunction with Engineered Construction International, Inc. for the reconstruction of an existing car wash to create 7,000 square feet of medical office space on South Main Street in Putnam, Connecticut. The existing structural building shell was retained and expanded with a new truss roof system and complete new interior and mechanical systems. Site work included construction of additional parking, reconfiguration of the site entry and new landscaping.
